Thank you for your interest in immersing yourself in the natural world of Morning Eagle ArtFitters.
Our private camp is hidden in a remote area on the edge of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Montana, near the town of East Glacier Park.
This is Big Sky Country with expansive views of the Great Plains to the east, and at the end of the mile long lake next to camp, the Rocky Mountains of Glacier National Park.
Rediscover the deep connections you have with nature. Explore your own expression of that connection through creative activities. Take a break and give yourself some breathing space. Come camp with us.
Six-million acres of national forest and wilderness areas adjoin this mountain retreat while a nearby stream flows through active beaver ponds where there are many varieties of birds and animals. This area is a special place to expand one´s awareness and understanding of our relationship with the natural world.
In this North Country, summer days are long with plenty of time to relax and settle in to peaceful camp life.
Days are punctuated with group activities, such as meal preparation, and all are invited to contribute to the creative mix. Alternatively, campers can arrange to have a cook prepare meals.
Evenings are time for sharing, telling stories, and reflecting on the day´s accomplishments around a campfire under the stars, or in the tipi.
Your camp experience will be unique as the design emerges out of your interests and inquiry. Camp arrangements are flexible if you wish for more open time.
We take it slow and easy, focusing on the balance of nature. Individuals receive information in their own way at their own pace. Activities expand from the belief that we are composed whole and complete by nature.
As your guide, I will help you plan and launch activities that help develop your interest. Our explorations intend to uncover our basic nature and help us to attune with the natural world.
